ORDERS

Q: How do I find or buy your products?
A: Go to the products page for information and links. You can also go to the freaks or the vehicles to see what products are available. For each product there is a link to the sales page with additional information and an add-to-cart button.

Q: How do I specify quantity when ordering?
A: Once an item is placed in your shopping cart, you can change the quantity.

Q: Do you discount quantity orders?
A: We pride ourselves in already offering "discounts" in the form of wholesale pricing. However, we might consider quantity pricing in some instances. Please send your inquiry to Flag Freaks support.

Q: Can I get my own (custom) artwork on your products?
A: Most likely. Just contact Flag Freaks support and tell us exactly what you have in mind. We'll let you know if we can do it and whether or not there will be an additional charge.

Q: Do you honor returns and refunds?
A: It depends on the circumstance. Custom products (those printed with your own image/artwork or include custom text that you've chosen to add) are not refundable. If our production/print facility made a mistake, we will generally replace the item within 30 days of purchase. Please see the refunds and returns section on our order information page.

SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship to the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Shipping is free to the lower 48 states. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada a shipping and handling fee will apply and will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Average time is less than two weeks. It takes a week or less to create the product and 4 to 6 days for delivery.

Q: How will my product be shipped?
A: USPS (United States Postal Service).

Q: Can I have my product ground shipped (i.e. UPS, Fedex)?
A: Yes. But you'll need to contact us before you order so we can determine whether or not an additional fee will apply.

Q: Can I get my order shipped priority or overnight?
A: Yes. But you'll need to contact us before you order so we can determine what the additional charge will be.

Q: Do you ship to P. O. boxes?
A: Yes. But ONLY when shipping USPS (United States Postal Service). We cannot ship to a P. O. box using any form of ground shipment.

FLAGS

Q: What size are the flags?
A: The standard ATV flags are 18" wide by 12" tall. You can choose between flags that are printed on one side or flags that have the image printed on both sides.

Q: Do you offer any large flags?
A: For custom orders, we offer a large double-sided flag that is 40" wide x 28" tall. Our premade "freak" flags only come in small sizes (18" wide x 12" tall).

Q: Can I get a flag with a different color background?
A: For any flag that displays our "freak" characters and vehicles, only white backgrounds are available. If you order a custom flag (one with your own image or artwork) the flag can be any color your like.

Q: How do I mount my ATV flag?
A: We've included simple mounting instructions on the ATV flags page.

Q: Can I machine wash these flags?
A: Yes, our flags can be machine washed. When using a dryer, make certain the setting is low heat.

T-SHIRTS

Q: Can I choose between having the image printed on the front or back of the t-shirt?
A: Yes. Simply select front or back from the "Artwork Placement" options when ordering.

Q: Can I get a t-shirt in a different color?
A: Only white t-shirts are currently available. This applies to both our own "freak" characters as well as custom t-shirts (ones that are printed with your own image or artwork).
